By placing an online order with Ventosus Micro Winery you are confirming that you are 18 or older. It is illegal for us to sell alcohol to anyone under the age of 18.
You must not purchase or acquire, by any other means, alcohol from us if you are currently the subject of a banning order.
When making payment by any card or mobile payment system you are confirming that you are either the card holder, or have permission from the card holder to use the card or mobile payment system for the purposes of making the order.
We reserve the right to cancel any orders we cannot fulfil for any reason. If we cancel your order we will contact you and refund any money you have paid us for that order.
We deliver within the Isle of Man for a small charge. Our delivery driver may ask for proof of ID or age. We endeavour to deliver your wine as per the delivery date you select. Please ensure that someone is available to sign for your wine – we will never leave your wine unattended.
If you cannot accept delivery for any reason we will attempt to deliver again on another date. if that fails, your wine will be returned to us at Port St Mary and will only be re-attempted once a further delivery charge is paid.
We also deliver to the UK and Northern Ireland and shipping charges are subject to change. Your order will be shipped to your delivery address within 4 working days.
Events and customised wine orders require a non-refundable deposit payment at order placement, the value of which will be agreed on a case by case basis.
