What we do with the information we gather

All personal information is kept with the highest standards and safeguards in place.

Emails – Email communications are stored on our IONOS hosted cloud service. We encrypt and protect all our emails in line with commercial security standards. If your email service does not support encryption, you should be aware that any emails we send or receive may not be protected in transit. Our host providers monitor all emails and file attachments for viruses or malware. Please be aware that you have a responsibility to ensure that any email you send is within the bounds of the law.

Please note that we do not store manual records.

We are committed to ensuring that your information is secure. In order to prevent unauthorised access or disclosure, we have put in place suitable physical, electronic and managerial procedures to safeguard and secure the information we collect.

A small fee will be payable of up to a maximum of £10 to process a personal data request.
